Water Baptism
“This is what happens in baptism: when we go under the water, we leave the old country of sin behind; when we come up out of the water, we enter into a new country of grace - a new life in a new land.”
Romans 6:3-4 (paraphrase)
Whether you’ve recently confessed Jesus as Lord, or you’ve been a Christian for years, getting baptized is a necessary and powerful step in following Christ.
Water baptisms are held the first Sunday of each month unless otherwise noted in the church bulletin. Please bring a towel and change of clothes and meet in Room 110 at 10:30 a.m. for a short time of instruction. Baptisms will immediately follow the second service.
If you have questions about becoming a Christian or about getting baptized, you can talk to any of the leaders or pastors or call George Boehmer.
