Kickboxing Group Exercise Class

You’re invited to a free 60 minute cardio kickboxing group exercise class. Taught by a live instructor; come fellowship, get your heart pumping, and best of all, learn how to make moving your body fun! Bring your tennis shoes, water and a towel; no equipment necessary. Open to men, women and children age 10 and up.
